How can I support the Library Theatre Company?

There are several ways that you can support our work:

• Make a donation
• Leave a gift in your will
• ‘In memory’ gifts

Make a donation

You can choose to make regular or one-off donations to the Manchester Library Theatre Development Trust (charity reg no. 1099215) simply by clicking on the appropriate link below. Where applicable, please choose to make a Gift Aid declaration when prompted as this will permit us to claim tax back, equivalent to 25% of your donation, and means that we can deliver even more with your generous support.

Leave a gift in your will

Once you have provided for friends and loved ones in your will, please consider leaving a gift to the Manchester Library Theatre Development Trust. Leaving a legacy will cost you nothing today but will ensure that future generations continue to enjoy the Library Theatre Company’s work.

‘In Memory’ Gifts

‘In memory’ gifts to the Manchester Library Theatre Development Trust are a wonderful tribute to a loved one and a fitting celebration of anyone who loved theatre. ‘In Memory’ gifts may be given in lieu of funeral flowers, as a regular gift on special dates – such as a birthday or anniversary – or as a simple one-off donation.

Whichever form you choose, an ‘in memory’ donation is an incredible way to remember a loved one that will also provide valuable support of the Library Theatre Company.

What difference will my donation make?

With your help, the Manchester Library Theatre Development Trust is able to support our work onstage and makes its possible for our extensive Community and Education Department to offer fantastic creative opportunities to Manchester residents of all ages. Examples of what your donation will be used to support:

• provide opportunities for up and coming writers and producers
• produce and promote world-class theatre that our audiences will enjoy
• outreach work in the community
• schools workshops
• drama workshops
• play reading groups
• the norfox Young People’s Theatre Company
