It’s five months away, but the Library Theatre can confirm that Lip Service - Best Bits, a celebration of the best work over 25 years of LipService lunacy on Sunday 20 June, has completely sold out.
However, tickets are on sale for the return visit of LipService’s hilarious Desperate To Be Doris between Tuesday 11 - Saturday 15 May, which played to packed houses in autumn 2009 at the Library Theatre. Described by Kevin Bourke of the Manchester Evening News as “a hugely enjoyable good-hearted show that is hard to resist,” this Doris Day spoof is chock full of marvellous songs and a 50-strong choir, led by West End star Darren Southworth.

Lip Service can confirm that owing to massive public demand, their Best Bits show will now be playing also at the Lowry in Salford, on Monday 14/Tuesday 15 June. Tickets, priced at £17.50, will be available from the Lowry box office from Monday 1 February.
